Refund and returns

  • We DO NOT replace or refund items.
  • Replacements will be made for a damaged or broken piece up to 24 hours from the time of receipt/purchase, due to manufacturing or transit issues on our part. Items to be returned are required to be new and unused, in its original packaging.
  • We do repair and maintenance for jewelry purchased from us. The cost of which will be a minimum of 60dhs and to & fro transit charges.
  • For repair and maintenance including re-polishing and replating please email us at neha_khetan@hotmail.com

Out of stock

  • Please email us at neha_khetan@hotmail.com and we will inform you as soon as the piece comes back in stock. Alternatively you can preorder the piece using the same email address.
